  1. 1. Tickets

    Tickets may be sold and purchased only in British Columbia.

    Ticket purchasers must be 19 years of age or older.

  3. 3. Important Dates & Draw Information

    Deadline
    Final ticket sales deadline: June 26, 2022 at 12:00:00 a.m. PDT

    Draw
    Raffle draw: June 26, 2022 at 3:00:00 p.m. PDT

    Draw will be held at Ecole Ballenas Secondary School, 135 Pym Street, Parksville, BC V9P 2H4

    The winning ticket is drawn using Random Number Generator software (RNG). 

    All members of the public are welcome to attend the draw.

    Winners will be posted online at https://oceansidetrack.rafflenexus.com/winners on June 26, 2022.

  4. 4. Winner

    Winner will be contacted by phone by the Oceanside Track and Field Club.

    Winners consent to release of their names by licensee.

    If a winning ticket bears a minor's name, the prize will be lawfully delivered to the minor's parent, legal guardian or trustee.

    No tickets will be purchased by the Board of Directors of the Oceanside Track and Field Club or employees involved with the conduct and management of the ticket raffle.

  5. 5. Privacy

    Oceanside Track and Field Club does not sell, rent or exchange any personal information collected from our supporters with any other organization or entity.

Cause

Oceanside Track and Field Club provides an opportunity for youth in the Oceanside area to participate in the sport of Track and Field. Our mission as a non-profit organization is to help athletes develop to their potential in a safe, supportive environment. We hope to encourage each athlete to focus on achieving their personal best and have fun in the process. Oceanside Track and Field is a proud member of the Vancouver Island Athletics Association (V.I.A.A) and the BC Amateur Athletics Association (B.C.A.A.A). Your raffle purchase helps us purchase signage for and support the development of a brand new, rubberized running track for use of the entire Oceanside Community. It also helps to purchase much needed equipment, and supplies for the Club.

Raffle Draw: Sunday, June 26, 2022 at 3:00 p.m.
